Taking a Time Out
We all need to recharge our batteries from time to time. My favorite place to do this is at the beach. This is me today at Broad Beach in Malibu. The moment I see it, smell it, or feel it I become relaxed and my mind instantly slows down. For me it is living proof that you become part of what you are around. I am soo unbelievably blessed to have this as my backyard playground.
